At One New Man Culture, every item is prepared with intention, care, and time. Many of our oils and incense are made in small batches and may require preparation before shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days.
Custom and made to order items require extended preparation time depending on the nature of the work.
Custom talits may take up to 45 days to be created, undergo quality testing, and be fully prepared for shipment.
Custom Hebrew prayer works, including framed pieces, scrolls, leather writings, and other personalized creations, may require additional preparation time depending on design, materials, and level of detail.
By placing an order for custom or made to order items, the customer acknowledges and accepts extended creation times.
Spiritual Works and Prayer-Based Services
Certain offerings, including Psalm cards, prayer cards, custom spiritual works, and similar creations, are not physically shipped products.
These items are prepared individually and delivered through direct communication, including WhatsApp or other agreed methods of contact.
As such, no physical shipping applies to these items. Delivery is completed through communication and fulfillment of the service.
Completion times may vary depending on the nature of the work, level of detail, and communication process.
By purchasing these services, the customer acknowledges that fulfillment is based on time, preparation, and direct communication rather than physical shipment.
Digital Content and Media
Certain offerings by One New Man Culture are provided in digital form, including but not limited to PDFs, digital books, written materials, worship music, recorded prayers, audio content, and other downloadable or accessible media.
These items are not physical products and do not require shipping. Delivery is completed through download links, email, streaming access, or direct communication.
Access to digital content may be provided immediately or within a reasonable timeframe depending on the nature of the product.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
By purchasing digital items, the customer acknowledges that the product is delivered electronically and is considered fulfilled once access has been granted.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of digital content is strictly prohibited.
Shipping Times
Israel: 2 to 5 business days
International: 8 to 21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free international shipping may be available on orders over $550 USD after discounts are applied.
During special promotions, including liquidation sales and grand opening offers, free shipping may not apply unless explicitly stated.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delays
Shipping times may be affected by customs, holidays, or courier delays that are outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
