Refund and Return Policy

At One New Man Culture, each item is prepared with intention, care, and precision. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
Custom and Made to Order Items
All custom items, including talits, Hebrew prayer works, scrolls, leather writings, and personalized creations, are non refundable and non returnable.
By placing an order for a custom or made to order item, the customer acknowledges and accepts the time, materials, and preparation involved in the creation process.
Sacred Oils and Incense
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, oils and incense cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
Unopened items may be eligible for review only if there is a confirmed issue with the product upon arrival.
Spiritual Services
All spiritual services, including but not limited to custom prayers, writings, and readings such as the 150 Psalms cards, are non refundable once the service has begun or been completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, preparation and production may begin and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced.
